Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Refunds
If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the payment provider’s timelines.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
