At TR39 Farm, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. As we deal with food products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The package is broken, leaking, or visibly damaged upon delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any damage or wrong product claim, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The shipping label with the order details.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The condition of the product inside.

Claims for damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect products cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing Video
  • Photos of the package (if applicable)
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

If a replacement is not available, an eligible refund may be processed after verification of the claim.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Personal taste or preference.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened or consumed.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
  • Claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

TR39 Farm reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
